If you are a regular gym user, runner, cyclist or exerciser then the F12 Yogacise weekends are the perfect combination of intensity and balance to inspire and kick you on to another level. Using the hugely successful F12 Spa fitness template ( as seen in Grazia and Harpers ) and adding three yoga sessions per day is the ideal recipe to lose a few pounds, tone up and feel energised.



As with all F12 retreats the food served is the show-stopper. A combination of taste and energy delivered to you throughout your stay will encourage good new habits and leave you feeling fantastic.

During your weekend you will not only be encouraged to exercise and do yoga three times per day, you will also be chilling and relaxing in The World Travel Award winning Spa at LA Manga club The Spa is moments form your apartment it is the perfect place to end your day. All F12YOG guests receive a 10% discount throughout the Spa.
