full of fun and exercise. The,’ Spa Fitness Break’, weekend
has been called,’ Posh Boot Camp’, by many of the guests
who have experienced the weekend. Delivering three workouts per day,
superb food and luxurious accommodation, this weekend cannot fail to
deliver you back home energised, focused and feeling fantastic.
No matter what your ability, you will fit into the
weekend perfectly. With no more than seven guests at any one time, the
attention to detail with your training is second to none. The,’
Spa Fitness Break’, allows plenty of time to relax and unwind
as well as completing exercise sessions which embrace all the key areas
of fitness. Daily sessions include cardiovascular, core, abdominal's,
resistance training, extensive stretching and relaxation work. Although
there is a daily routine and plan of action, we like to see how you
are performing and recovering. You will have the full attention of one
of our expert trainers and at the villa you will have your own private
chef serving up super healthy, nutritionally balanced meals.
You will be staying at one of the finest villas in
La Manga
Club. All rooms are en-suite
with their own terrace. The villa is set up to allow you to have you
own space, yet still feel part of the group. We encourage you to sleep
and like you to recover as much as possible. Although there is structure
to everyday, there is also plenty of time to relax and unwind. This
includes a daily hour or so at the fabulous La
Manga Spa, where you can book any treatment to compliment your stay.
