F12 Tri Training Camps

Dates:

  • May 16th–19th
  • June 27th–30th

F12 Training Camps will cover everything from wetsuit fitting, tactics, swimming techniques, how to manage blood sugars, and so much more. Our experienced team will lead the way and show you just what it takes to be a successful tri-athlete no matter what your level.

A typical F12Tri weekend runs as follows:


THURSDAY:

  • Check in and meet and greet
  • Meet your F12Tri team and get to know La Manga Club
  • Bike assembly: We have a selection of road bikes to hire for the weekend and will have them ready on arrival for you. Or you can bring your own.
  • Ride into Run: Getting you out and about on your first evening is our aim. A quick circuit of the local area on bikes is followed by running laps of an undulating route to combine a great start at LMC.

FRIDAY:

Swim and run specific day

  • Indoor swim session – technical session to improve your positioning and a wetsuit fitting demonstration.
  • Running drills – how to run a fast 5–10k
  • Core and abs session – session one of a functional core fitness session
  • Transition one demonstration – getting the wetsuit off and the bike shoes on
  • Hill sessions on the bike to improve strength


SATURDAY:

Swim – Bike specific day

  • Indoor technical swim session – personal tuition on the key elements of swim technique
  • Bike session – focusing on technique, road confidence and basic maintenance
  • Core and abs session – essential conditioning with F12 trainers
  • Transition two – the trick and short cuts explained

SUNDAY:

Mini Triathlon

Putting it all together, we will guide you through each stage of this mini race, encouraging and coaching you every step of the way.

  • 400m swim
  • 10k bike
  • 5k run

It’s a fun and action packed weekend at Europe’s top sports resort you can’t fail to improve. More importantly, you can’t fail to have a great time.
