Strength and Conditioning Retreats
Thursday 20th October - Sunday 23rd October

Just when you thought the turbo trainer has to come out we have landed a weekend to catch the last of the European sun and give you the heads up on all things to make you stronger and fitter during the winter.

Timed interval sessions up and down the two back to back 0-400m climbs will be just part of this weekend focusing on strength and performance. F12CYC will combine the early morning rides with afternoon gym and studio sessions to show you basic techniques to improve core strength and increase flexibility. Our time at this years Dragon Ride showed us that en-masse, cyclists have the flexibility of a plank of wood

Cycle retreats - Fitness 12

As with all the F12CYC weekends the attention to detail to recovery after your rides is our speciality. Using the latest scientifically proven techniques along side performance lead sports nutrition you be raring to go every morning and afternoon.

This weekend is your chance to come out and add a few things to your weekly routines in the winter time. If you have ever seen the video of Lance doing his giant step ups with three ton in each hand then it will help dispel the myth that cyclists shouldn’t use weights. Post and pre-season is when the hard yards are done.

Of course the La Manga Club resort as Cycling Weekly put "it is just too good and offers very comfortable surroundings and enough entertainment, bars and restaurants to makes every night a new experience"
