The Fitness 12 signature weekend is our most popular retreats. We welcome all levels of fitness, ages and abilities. Steve Halsall, our head trainer, has designed an incredible fitness experience to progress you to the next level of fitness no matter who you are . His ideas and wealth of experience, training celebrities and athletes over the years, has inspired him to develop these short, yet intense fitness breaks.

 

With no more than six people attending any one retreat, this ensures plenty of personal time with the Fitness 12 team. The ‘original Fitness 12 retreat’, delivers three structured workouts per day, nutritious food (prepared by our private chef) and luxurious accommodation. Designed to give you the focus, time and direction to move you closer to the level of health and fitness you aspire to. It is NOT a bootcamp, it is a time to relax and restore yet move and eat like a professional athlete. We value recovery time as much as active time and the carefully chosen locations are perfect for this.

 

Fitness

 

Fitness 12 will give you fresh knowledge and ideas to maintain and progress the new you long after you get home. All our guests will receive the F12 Web APP full of workouts, recipes, tip and solutions.

 

Daily sessions can include cardiovascular, core, abdominals, resistance training, cycling extensive stretching and relaxation work. For recovery, we encourage guests to make full use of the award winning spa’s we have chosen with their hydrotherapy and treatment rooms. In Spain If you prefer, you can lounge by one of the many swimming pools at the resort. The beach is a short drive away with a complimentary shuttle bus to take you there.

 

Fitness

 

Although there is a daily routine and plan of action, our personal trainers will monitor your progress and adjust the routines based on your performance and recovery time. Each guest has the full attention of one of our expert trainers and you will have your own Fitness 12 private chef* serving up healthy, nutritionally balanced meals.

 

Your accommodation at all locations is set up to allow you to have you own space, yet still feel part of the group.
