is our priority. Fitness 12 golf weekends allow you to play two rounds
of golf and learn about psychology, recovery, stretches and core strength
conditioning. We do this with informal lectures, practical examples
and relaxed Q&A’s with our experts.

do I need to bring? |
Everything will be done to make your retreat a great experience.
Whilst we think of everything, there are a few things you might
want to bring with you.
All accommodation has washing and drying facilities for your
gym kit. We do however, suggest you bring three changes of gym
kit.
Your I-pod will help you through the cardio sessions and help
you relax in the sun.
